Shipping
Delivery time

Any order placed on www.renee-lunettes.com will be delivered within the maximum period of 30 days following the order confirmation. The standard delivery period is two to five working days for orders within the Benelux. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders outside the Benelux and in Europe are delivered within five to ten working days.

If an order is placed and the desired products are temporarily unavailable, partial delivery will be made. When the missing product is available again, it will be automatically resent to the addressee's indicated address. This partial shipment cannot be cancelled. In the event that a product is permanently out of stock after the time of the order, a refund will be issued for the product in question.

ATTENTION: If the order is returned to the sender (being René(e) Lunettes) due to absence during the offer or a wrong delivery address, René(e) Lunettes reserves the right to charge new shipping costs to the purchaser when the order is resent. If the package is returned to the sender a second time, it will not be resent to the purchaser and the total amount of the order will be retained by René(e) Lunettes.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Benelux is free for orders above €40, excluding shipping costs. All orders below this amount, are shipped at €5.

Orders placed outside the Benelux and within Europe are shipped at €12, regardless of the order amount.

René(e) Lunettes is not responsible for additional taxes and/or duties of the destination country. The buyer will be held responsible for all restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. Under no circumstances shall René(e) Lunettes be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges.

When the order arrives in the buyer's country and:

  • the buyer refuses to accept the package;
  • no attempt is made to claim the package;

René(e) Lunettes reserves the right to abandon the package and cannot be held responsible for a refund.

Orders placed at www.renee-lunettes.com are shipped via our logistics partner (see below). Each order is handled at the logistics centre within three working days after ordering. Picking times are Monday to Friday, from 2 pm to 4 pm, excluding public holidays.

Exchanges & Returns

In application of Article VI.47 to VI.53 WER, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.

The buyer must make this return no later than 14 days after the decision to revoke. The products in question must be returned in their original packaging and their original condition. Packaging and/or products that have been excessively handled (significant deterioration of the packaging or product) will not be accepted for exchange or return. The purchaser must send the delivery note with the order so that René(e) Lunettes can identify the purchaser together with an indication of the reason for return and the request for exchange or refund.

When the reason for return is the result of an error by René(e) Lunettes (the product received does not comply with the order or the product is damaged), the return costs will be reimbursed by René(e) Lunettes. When this is not a fault of René(e) Lunettes, the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges and/or returns are sent to the address below and are only accepted when the order was placed via www.renee-lunettes.com. Purchases through third parties will not be accepted for exchange/return.

What diopter do I need?

As the wine of our life ages, the muscles around our eyes lose their elasticity. With our optical glasses, you can catch up on your favourite book in no time. Not sure where to start? Find the right diopter via our reading test.

Don't lose sight of the following info. Check your eyes regularly with an optician or ophthalmologist. Our René(e) glasses are unsuitable for eye protection or driving a machine or car.

Why bluelight?

Often working on your computer? Or are you as addicted to your phone as we are? A blue light filter makes your screen time more comfortable. You can also avoid complaints such as eye strain, headaches and sleep issues. This filter blocks up to 40% of the HEV (high-energy visible light) your screens emit. 

Why recycled materials?

A retro-chic design combined with timeless colours and durable materials. This is how you give old plastic bottles and other waste a new life. We specifically go for single-use plastic products.
